What Would Jesus Say Session 22: The Golden Rule
Matthew 7:12 — “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.”

- Do you remember who taught you the Golden Rule? Did you know that the Golden Rule predates the days of Jesus? [We have record of a similar saying in Jewish literature]
- What does this rule imply? What does it mean? What does Jesus mean here?
- Do we follow the Golden Rule? What would the world look like if it were followed?
- Jesus tells us that the Golden Rule sums up the Law and the Prophets. How so? What is Jesus referring to when he uses the term Law here? What does He mean by Prophets?
